He has been guiding creative projects in every corner of the industry.
He managed artists and repertoire at Virgin Records, Rough Trade and EMI Music, used his negotiating skills behind the Couleur Café and Pukkelpop stages and produced tv content for Woestijnvis and Koeken Troef.
Escorting a concept from draft to release, that’s where he’s at.

Lien is our super team’s Miss Moneypenny. Organizing is her middle name, structuring her last. And from time to time she lends the production team a hand.
Additionally, her memory is the real life WikiRaygun: ask her anything -- she knows. In fact: You just call on her, brother, when you need a hand. ‘Cause we all need somebody to Lien on.

Esther is a jack of all trades.
She knows how to edit, how storytelling works and how to help you from the very first contact to the delivery.
She loves silence as much as she loves music and other big or small sounds people and nature create.
Besides that, making sound also is one of her favorite pastimes, since she also hosts a dj show on Studio Brussel.

Fabian is our most recent addition to the team. He has a strong background in music and live performing, having studied pop-drums at the Conservatoires of both Rotterdam and Ghent.
Fabian has been performing with multiple national and international artists (blackwave. Coely, boskat, RAFAEL, Linde Schöne,…) as a drummer, while at the same time sharpening his skills as an allround producer and musician.

Thaïs is our Junior Producer and Social & PR manager.
She’s an allrounder who studied communication management and is currently finishing up her Master in Radio at RITCS School of Arts.
Thaïs has been making radio since she was 9 years old. She loves talking and knows how to tell and produce a story. Thaïs works as a radio host on BRUZZ and makes podcasts that have been picked up by De Morgen and Radio 1.
